Everyone who works with us is charged with nurturing the spirit of openness, honesty and integrity.  We must continue to notice the behaviors and acts that demonstrate what we must be to succeed at what we do. Doing the right thing for others is a way of life here – this sometimes means letting go, but ensuring we take a firm stance on ethics and standards that matter to us – and our clients and the communities in which we work.

Engage

The power and potential in people is what really gets us fired up to come to work at all.  Collaboration is at its root working (labour) together (co-labor-ation)!  It also means shared and deep understanding of what it means to create and sustain a working environment where trust and respect are never in  question.

Adapt

We allow innovation, individuality and strengths to flourish and nurture community and collaboration to help us see and overcome weakness (which themselves are never our focus).
